Standing Up to Malicious AI

LWV of New Hampshire, LWVUS, and individual New Hampshire voters filed a federal lawsuit against individuals who used illegal, AI-generated robocalls to discourage voting in the state's primary.

Tackling Anti-Voter Legislation

LWV of New Jersey and partners filed an amicus brief challenging New Jersey's primary ballot design, which they claim disproportionately harms voters and candidates of color. In Alabama, LWV responded to Governor Ivey signing SB1, a law criminalizing voter assistance.

VOTE411 Powers the Primaries

Voters turned to LWV's online election information hub, VOTE411.org, for primary and caucus information. On Super Tuesday, 198k voters visited VOTE411, bringing the total number of 2024 users (so far) to 1.1 million. 

Trump's Ballot Eligibility Battle

An Illinois state court disqualified former President Donald Trump from appearing on the state's presidential primary ballot. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court struck down a similar decision from Colorado.
